Good hotel in great location. Buffet breakfast was extremely good. Easy access to public transport stops. Tallinn is a great place to visit.

Loved it!
Amazing hotel, staff at front desk, exceptional! Love the lobby and the fruit basket,fire place. We stayed on the 6th (artists) floor, amazing view over the rooftops. Hotel has nice character!

very helpful and professional staff. Good location for the City, bars and restaurants.The rooms are most certainly not to an expected European 5 star, no blackout curtains, shower curtains on over bath showers, fluctuating shower pressure and temperature, low light levels in room, shuffling around the bed due to lack of room space.

The staff was extremely helpful in getting us dinner reservations and a taxi to the airport early in the morning. They also prepared something for us to take along for breakfast, since we were leaving early before it was being served. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice view. The breakfast served is over the top with options. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Great hotel at a good price. Centrally located in the old town, an easy walk to everything. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, albeit in a typical Estonian way (very formal and stiff... some of the house keeping staff reminded me of nannies from last century) . Overall a great hotel. The restaurant has excellent meals.

A great hotel in an excellent location for exploring the old town easily with Tram and Bus stops within a very short walk. The hotel was both clean and friendly and staff very informative. Would definitely recommend this hotel we stayed for four nights in May2019 and were not disappointed. We were also so very lucky to have pleasantly warm weather which is always a bonus.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be better for those wanting to explore the old town. Everything is within easy walking distance. Our superior room was spacious with a lovely view over the rooftops of the old town. There were lots of little extras provided - bottled water, fresh fruit platters, handmade chocolates; all of which were a welcome treat to come back to each day. A free drink at the bar was also included. There was plenty of choice of both hot and cold foods at breakfast, which served in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant, MEKK, is well worth a visit for dinner. It serves modern Estonian food, the quality of which, is excellent. We enjoyed our meal there so much, that we went back a second time, during our 4 night stay. It is advisable to book, as the restaurant is very poplar with locals as well as hotel guests.

All the staff on check in were exceptionally welcoming and all extremely helpful and polite during the whole of our 7 days stay. A credit to themselves and the hotel. We were given a room upgrade as a special anniversary stay a lovely gesture. We had a fabulous time in Tallinn wonderful city to explore.

The reception staff was very friendly and informative. Upon arrival I was provided with a map with suggestions of both touristy and local highlights. The room was charming! And the location was at the entry of old town which was great for sightseeing.
