Have had good experiences at Baymont properties in the past, but I should have read more reviews here before booking!
Just a one night stay and arrived late, so the misery was brief, but never again.
Half the TV channels didn't work, including NBC (planned to watch the end of a football game when I arrived late on a Sunday). Fine, was tired anyway, so I crashed. Woke up early the next morning to commotion and yelling outside, workers trying to figure out why there was no power at the hotel. So there's that. Used phone flashlight to find the bathroom to shower, which is when the fun starts. Luckily the power came back around 30 minutes after being woken up, so there were lights now. I stayed in the same ADA room as another reviewer, with the shower spray thing that was busted and was attempted to be "repaired" by someone armed only with a roll of electrical tape. The curved shower curtain was coming out of the wall so that the curtain just drooped to the middle (useless)...then after I was ready to bolt outta there, I heard dripping and saw that there was a steady stream of water coming through the ceiling from the room above.
Packed my things, left, swung by the front desk to tell them about the leak and the girl at the desk could not have cared less, it seemed. Didn't ask how my stay was as I checked out either...guess she didn't really care to know...
PS my room was NOTHING like the pictures here, so beware.
