Judge for yourself 1) You sit on the bed near the window facing the television and it makes a noise as if there is metal underneath the mattress 2) Not enough light over the sink to see 3) The refrigerator was not clean which made me skeptical to use the coffee maker 4) Never got a new bag for the ice bucket (and you really needed to have one) 5) The socket by the sink (both sockets) had electricity however would not hold the plug. Therefore, could not use the hair dryer or any electrical device in either socket (yes, I told the front desk agent, however no one came to the room 6) Not enough wall sockets in the room 7) Extremely poor lighting in the room 8) Finally, something bit both occupants of the room. Upon our return had to go to the doctor for medication and was informed that we had been bitten by bed bugs. 8) Breakfast was as if someone went to 7/11 and bought donuts and placed them out. Best part of the trip was Yolanda at the front desk. No other agent I encountered was as personable, professional, pleasant and genuinely seemed to care. She is the only reason we did not check out and go to one of the hotels down the road. Property requires a great deal of room renovations.
