Quiet, cute Inn with friendly staff. The location was ideal.

Everything was lovely. I enjoed this getaway for a few days to myself. I kept up my workout routine in the gym. The drinks were delicious and strong (3-5p) is happy hour so you get 30% off on top of the 10-15% discount you get if you're staying. Also, There's wine tasting on Wednesdays and that was awesome (I finished mine overlooking the ocean and sunset on my private balcony). The food is delicious here. Didn't care for the clam chowder too much, but the halibut and the roast on the plantain dish was delicious lol The only thing I was underwhelmed about was no room service and the spa's(jacuzzis) there onsite. But, Highly recommend and i'll be back.

We loved our stay at the Highlands. Fireplaces in room were a nice touch and overall room sizes were large. Would come back again!

I knew the property wasn’t going to have any luxuries or be fancy. But the place can really improve on the cleaning. Besides having mismatching old furniture, the room wasn’t really clean. Bathroom had stains from a previous leak.

The hotel was stylish and new with very friendly staff and great amenities. There was also a nice restaurant on-site which made it easy to dine all meals if needed or was right beside multiple restaurants within easy walking distance. I loved the dog friendliness, my 2 pups received a little welcome gift. We would definitely stay here again!
