Mir hat gefallen: die Anlage und die Bungalows waren ganz schön. Zum Strand ca. 10 Gehminuten. Toller Strand. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Mir hat nicht gefallen: Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ( Achtung Flöhe), keine Hygieneartikel im Bad, Kein Gratiswasser, Kaffee oder Tee im Zimmer. Die Laken wurden nur gewendet und die Handtücher waren eher beige als weiß. Das größte Problem war das Management und das Personal. Es ist mir noch nie passiert, dass mich ein thailändischer Manager anschreit!!! Es gibt für alles ein erstes Mal. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir 45 Minuten zum einchecken gebraucht, da der Manager nicht wusste, wer denn gerade ankommt. Ich habe zwei Wochen vor Anreise eine Anfrage für den Transfer vom Flughafen gemacht. Die Antwort bekam ich, als ich im Flugzeug saß und eine andere Transportmöglichkeit gebucht habe. Das war auch der Grund dafür, dass der Manager diskutiert und mich angeschrien hat. Natürlich musste ich das Taxi auch bezahlen. Vorsicht!! Die Rezeption war fast nie besetzt und beim Küchenpersonal lässt die Hygiene auch zu wünschen übrig ( dann niest man halt ins Essen!!!)
