I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very cooperative throughout my visit.
The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to nearby areas and towards a train station, which makes getting around much easier, especially since the hotel is located a little away from the main road.
The room and common areas were very clean (9/10), and I appreciated that two complimentary bottles of water were provided each day.
The breakfast can be improved in terms of variety and overall quality. Additionally, the breakfast staff could be a bit more welcoming and smiling to create a warmer dining experience. Halal food options in the breakfast are a bit limited.
Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay with good service and convenient amenities. I would happily recommend this hotel to others.

As expected my Lebua stay was fabulous. If you are going to book I suggest stay at Tower Club which comes with amazing amenities like private elevator for Tower Club and free drinks and food anytime of the day before 6 PM. Not to forget the iconic Sirocco Sky Bar on 64th floor. Definitely coming back here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great for us on a very hot day. Big room and comfy beds. Staffs are nice and helpful.
The location was perfect, near the BTS and the Pier. We can see the Chao Phraya River and the Iconsiam from our room

"When we arrived bed linen was very poor, hairs and stains. When the replaced it new linen was a bit damp. We left our room clean sign out all day, when we finally returned at 4:45, they then wanted to clean the room. A little in convenient! I didn’t really like the location, which is not a fault ..."
