Overall, hotel services and hotel staff are very very good. Only one thing we found was: Most of the Hotel staff and emplloyee are lacking of communication skill, especially in English language..not only at Jinci International Hotel in Taiyuan but everywhere in China, even everywhere in Beijing at 5 Star hotels also.
