"Everything was perfect about this hotel. The check in process was super easy and the entire staff speaks English fluently. The elevators run efficiently and the rooms are clean and well designed. We fit three adults in one room with no issues. I loved that the toilet is separate from the shower as well. We didn’t use the hotel’s bistro because there was so much food nearby. It’s a very short walk to Ueno Station and Ameya Yokocho is not much further. The next time I come to Japan with my family, we will stay here."

"Great staff, clean and spacious apartment and in central location which takes 15 minutes walk to Senso-ji Temple, and Ueno station on a different direction. A short walk of 2 minutes is the subway Tawaramachi station which will take you to Ginza for just 20 minutes Very central to everything, supermarket, restaurants, souvenir shops and kitchen town. The only negative is there is only one window in the unit which may need to open for some fresh air flowing in from time to time."
