Loved the spacious room and quiet area. Free snacks, fruit and drinks was a delight. Breakfast had a good variety and sittings were comfortable. We accidentally left the door wide open while touring the city and when we came back I thought our belongings were stolen. All was in place

The breakfast served are the highlight of our stay. The most well prepared breakfast in particular the Chinese section I ever had.

Good location and reception is open 24 hrs, staffs very nice and friendly and happy to help. Housekeeping cleans very well. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have a gym. Special thanks for Effi (receptionist) for recommend great food around hotel and night markets.

The hotel was nice and elegant, if a bit dated and slightly worn around the edges. It felt like an incredibly luxurious hotel in the 90’s. The staff were impeccably attentive and helpful. The breakfast was smaller, but fairly nice. Our only problem was that it was cold in our room and we couldn’t get the thermostat to heat it any higher.

Convenient location to get around. Quiet and always great service. Been staying here for many years and hasn't changed. Rooms are getting older so due for a remodel. Still would recommend as a comfortable hotel to stay in with a great breakfast selection.

Good Location
Hotel is about 10 mins walk from the nearest train station and I think it is not too far. Breakfast was simple but the dishes are all well flavoured and delicious. Staff at the front desk and breakfast area are all very mannered and very helpful. If the shower stalls comes with a handheld shower head, it will be very nice.

Lovely staff members, clean and quiet hotel. Close to lots of buses, a but further from the metro. Unfortunately no gym but in a very convenient area and the breakfast is good!

Great hotel and location was perfect!
This was my 1st stay at Les Suite Taipei Da An, and it was more than expected. The staff was very professional, kind and courteous. The location was also great, close to MRT and very walk-able. Stayed for 6 nights, and the first 3 was for work and the remainder my family joined me and they have a great time. Room had everything I needed and was very clean. This is going to be my default location for future business trips.

Great location. Clean rooms
We stayed in Les Suites Ching Cheng a few times, this time we stayed Les Suite Da’an. Location is great for a leisure trip, it is so central and convenient to travel to anywhere. Room is extremely clean and service is good.

Poor maintaining hotel
Room was so dusty. Wall paper peeling. The ceiling above the shower stall has mold that makes the room smell molded. The bathroom basin and shower stall drains weren’t draining well. The room lightings were very dim. The only good thing the coffee was good.

Good location. Very clean rooms
Location of hotel is good. Very central and many eateries near by. Walking distance to metro. About 10 mins. Easy to get a Uber but not for taxi. Taxi drop me at street corner and told me to walk. Reason is that the streets are narrow and one way Room is very clean and smells good. Only complaint is the shower head cannot be adjusted and shower stall is a bit small. Staff are young and very polite. Breakfast is simple but I am totally fine with porridge which I love. Btw, there is scrambled eggs every morning despite the egg shortage in Taiwan. Room is a bit dark and lighting is very cosy. That is why did not get much work down in the room. One of the hotels I will consider when I return to taipei

The location is excellent downtown Taipei with very easy access to all parts of the city trough an excellent network of public transportation (MRT, buses, 2 lines of limousines buses to and from airport have stop station nearby, taxis...). Nevertheless you will enjoy a very calm environment so you sleep deeply thanks to the confort of your bed. Several big department store are within walking distance and many excellent restaurants around will satisfy the most demanding gourmets.

Les Suites Taipei Da An has been our favorite hotel in Taipei. Some aging of the facilities and small signs of cost cutting in room amenities and breakfast quality were noticeable during our stay. However, customer service was as excellent as ever. For this reason I think it would still be our go-to hotel in Taipei.
