Room was quite run down, despite the nice pictures online… Outlet/socket was falling out of the wall, Bathtub was pretty dirty and the air conditioning had a weird smell. we started getting sick, and I think it was because of mold poisoning… Sure it’s probably one of the cheapest hotels in ximending, but next time I would spend the extra buck for a more quality place to stay.

Good location: stores conveniently nearby, close to subway, restaurants, Ximending night market … Staff is very friendly & helpful. Room is ok with old carpet and with no closet. Overall my family, 4 persons, are happy during the time in the hotel.

Despite its prime location, the hotel condition needs much improvement. The room assigned to us was probably the dirtiest I’ve ever experienced. We were very disappointed because the photos completely gave a different impression. We originally were supposed to stay there for three nights but after being in the room for a few minutes we knew we had to go somewhere else. We asked to check out and requested for a refund for the second and third night but they refused. We left anyways because it was impossible for us to stay. Overall experience was very poor.

Location wise was superb, night market, convenient stores just less than 5 mins walking distance, to the mrt was just 5mins walk. However the room that I stayed in was quite damaged and full of ants. Wouldn’t recommend to people who is a clean freak

The room isn't really soundproof, you could hear someone talking from outside the room. When I checked in, the front desk gave me dirty room, so I told them and they changed it I expect an apologize at least, but she just frowned and didn't say anything But overall the room was nice and clean

I stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Im very unhappy with the hotel clealiness. Feel disgusting with the blanket, yellowish. I feel disappointed with the environment. The toilet as well. The staffs there are very friendly. Just feel not happy with the room. We book double bed room but we notice the bed given was 2 single bed joining together. When we ask the staff, they said all room are the same. So we cant do much. Hope the management will improve it. Thank you.

Good enough but with reservations.
Location wise, this hotel is excellent. Right in Ximending. The room is adequate in size, bed is queen sized, fits 2. Cleanliness is so so, carpet needs deep cleaning though. Bathroom is adequately sized, with large tub, toiletries were provided. We just encountered problems like loud noise (not sure if it's the pipes, or a large trolley passing by) at 4 am. Room also smelled of smoke by our 2nd night. We complained, but no action was taken re the smell. This hotel in in the 6th and 7th floors of a conmercial building... I doubt if they can really control the people getting in and out. 6th floor has a reception area. The 7th floor you get in by tapping your key card on the elevator. But anyone can get in with you... Recommended for individuals/families on a budget wanting to stay in Ximending. Not recommended for those with allergies, sensitive to noise.

Fouth time staying here, superb location exit 6 of Ximen subway, many shops n foods at this area. Room for triple is big n spacious. Free water, tea, coffee n milo throught at level6 the frint desk area..... Take note this hotel is inside a commerical/shopping, no issue for us.....

We had to book 2 nights separately because the city was full and the hotel tried it's best to let us stay in the same room. Also it made us check in at 10 am and not at 3 pm to help us

Location is good but if u are driving please think for parking， is difficult cause city area. When we check in the room is dirty，no make up at all but counter have change to us. Ximending night market is just outside the hotel and Ximen stations is a short walk away. Staff are friendly. There are no shelves to put your clothes in the room. The sound proofing is bad and you can hear other people talking, taking shower and closing doors. There is an exhaust kind of noise we can hear in our room almost every midnight during our 7 day stay making it hard to sleep. If you are all for location and budget accommodation and can tolerate the noise, this hotel is for you.

Taiwan for the FIRST time EVER
Our room was cozier than i expected. Altho the bed looked too low (andnclose to the floor), it was very comfortable. Our bathroom was the most interesting-- our shower area was like a sauna. Not just a shower, not just a bathtub. The cleaning service was very neat too in doing her/his job. I witnessed one wearing gloves while cleaning a room and handling the bedsheets, which i think is appropriate. The staff at the counter was very helpful too, altho i did not expect that most of them couldn't speak nor understand English. They had to use this app that translates their language into Wnglish, and then let you read it on their phones, then they allow you to type in whatever you wanna say to them, and the app translates itnto their native language-- which i think is handy for their part but takes alot of time for me, since i personally don't have much patience. Their shuttle drivers also couldn't understand English well. They also had to use the apps. Otherwise, i just don't speak at all during the entire drive, which is pretty hard for me since i'm a social person. Good thing my boyfriend had more patience and could even (surprisingly) "read" between the lines when he converses with the locals. Anyway, the overall place is GREAT. The location is just perfect-- when you get out, you're at the shopping district already! Also, the building of the hotel (which is at the 6th floor) itself is a mall, so the 1st 5 floors sell alotnof stuff (arcade, toys, electronics, etc). GREAT STAY!

Superb location. Even though it’s in the middle of an exciting noisy scene, rooms are very quiet. Nice bathrooms.

The Hotel location is easy to reach anywhere around Ximending. Around with convenient store, foods and shopping stores. Just the room doesn’t keep sound from outside.
