The service is exceptional—they anticipate every guest need. The staff is friendly, and wants to pamper their guests. This hotel is immaculately clean, modern, and every little detail has been thought of. I thought that i was staying in an art deco meets Japanese meets Chinese palace. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Don’t forget to drink the tea or coffee in the room. It puts US hotels to shame. If i’m ever lucky enough to be in Tainan again, i’m definitely staying here. Note: I was skeptical of unanimous 10 ratings from all reviewed. It seems like ratings given by friends and family, eg stuffing the ballot box. It isn’t. It’s totally legit and deserved!!!"
