Three points worth bringing up here. 1) There are two nice bedroom upstairs and two full bathroom downstairs. Coming down each time to use the washroom was odd & uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker. 2) One of the upstairs bedroom has one (extra) unusable broken King Bed, that should really be taken out or pushed into storage. Not sure, why that bed is left in the middle of the room :-) 3) Wifi is completely broken and as I managed to get it working the first night, I realized that the cable modem is actually unusably slow. And worse, the modem stopped and the internet was busted the second / third day. So, no Wifi at all. On the first evening, no one responded to the Wifi failure, so we all gave up the second & third nights from even trying to report it again. :-( 4) There is no TV. This could be a good thing, in a sense, but I did not notice this in the listing before booking. Again, not a deal breaker for me. Just sharing it here. A perfect spot for a girls trip to Tahoe. So close to the beaches, food and a beautiful area for walking and enjoying the scenery. The house has good amenities and everything you need for a few nights away. My bed was comfy and they provide ample pillows which was nice. The layout is strange though. There are two bathrooms downstairs and none where the bedrooms are upstairs. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom. There is no outside space to hang out in and no bbq. I did not like dealing with Vacasa the management service. But it did the job, and was in a great location. Some of the frying pans were either still dirty or had teflon peeling off, so we didn't really use them unfortunately. Had a very short power outage the last night we were there, the plug in flashlight at the home didn't work, but luckily the power came on in an hour. Also when we arrived several areas in the home needed to be cleaned properly. Several spider cobwebs upstairs and down. Beds upstairs had thick layer of dust underneath. Everything was clean and updated. The house was well stocked. I was a little concerned that the bedrooms were all upstairs while the bathrooms were downstairs, but the staircase was not as steep as some that I have seen in the older Tahoma cabins. If you have friends/family staying in the Sugar Pine state park, you can't beat this place for location. We were a little surprised by the fact that the 2 bedrooms were upstairs and the 2 bathrooms were downstairs, but it wasn't much of a problem. The layout is a little strange with 2 bathrooms side-by-side downstairs which leads to a lot of clutter in the living room if you don't want to be constantly carrying clothes up and down the stairs. The house is also quite a ways back in a quiet neighborhood. If there's a lot of snow, you'll definitely need a car that can handle a lot of snow and ice. Other than that, the home was lovely.
