"Property was clean, the staff by far is the quality of the hotel(except for one young man that was just a little extra and had a sour face) the breakfast was good loved the fact they had fruit I would suggest chocolate milk for kiddos. Parking despite the fact that it wasn’t on the same building I LOVED that it was locked. I booked the family room unfortunately it was on their 3rd floor and it has no elevator. Another downside is the lack of a mini fridge to keep water cold. I appreciate the building being so close to the downtown area!"

"10/10 stay as the Youssef’s located in a quieter neighborhood, close to the Paseo Montejo (including cafés, restaurants, museums) and a short drive from the downtown. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and were able to leave our luggage behind (stored safely) as we explored while we waited for check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable with A/C and running, hot water (despite what other reviews have mentioned). They also have a café, gym, and pool. Great stay all around!"
