Not bad but a bit pricey for what it is. Nice hot tub.

Ok, close to highway, a bit noisy. Good breakfast. Sauna took a long time to warm up. Otherwise clean room, good service.

Business trip

Posted 28-Sep-2017
I stayed at this hotel about 3 weeks ago. I loved its location close to many restaurants. And the hotel was super clean and the pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The staff was great, and very accommodating. I will definitely use this hotel again for my next business trip!

A bit run down. Slow elevator.

Posted 04-Sep-2017
They had one staff member checking in guests at the front desk. We waited see stall minutes before we were greeted and checked in. I've never been on a slower elevator. Wirhout exception, there was a long wait for the lift to come and there was only one for 4 floors. The stairs were nor handy, as they were located on each end of the building. Babies in the pool with just diapers on. Water was dirty in the hottub.

Ok hotel poor breakfast!

Posted 26-Aug-2017
Pros: Rooms were 😊
Cons: Breakfast and check in could be quickly as the poor women was having a computer nightmare!
Location: Tacoma wasn't inspiring and it was difficult to find your way anywhere
Hotel was ok with a nice indoor pool. Rooms were good and we had a large bed each! Only real complete was awful breakfasts each day! Half an hour before breakfast ended and most people came down there was little left apart from cake and cereal which was mostly sugar coated. The breakfast items were not topped up and I went hungry as I didn't like waffles - sounds mean but wanted a bit of toast or muffin!

Close to everything

Posted 21-Aug-2017
The only problem I had is the website says check in is 3:00 p.m. after driving all night, and being very tired when I have arrived to the hotel they informed me that check in is not until 4:00 p.m. and would not allow us to check in until 4:00 p.m.

Nice hotel. Close to the military base and to the sights we wanted to see. The breakfast was good and the food service workers were extremely helpful. The pool and spa were super nice and clean. We would stay there again.

Too expensive

Posted 17-Aug-2017
Our stay was ok, but overall I found too expensive for what it is. The noise from the freeway was really loud, even with windows closed.
