No answer on 2 separate occasions when used in-room phone to try get info. Very unhappy that they charged us $25/day to eat in the hotel whether or not we wanted to eat there

Property is super close to aquarium. Parking is spendy but super secure. Pool was nice and warm. I also really loved they gave a goody bag of local snacks/water and gave tickets for nearby attractions (included in your stay by request)

Perfect location, very nice with 24 hour gym and indoor/outdoor pool! In house restaurant was subpar with high prices! Great front desk staff and bartender. Room cooling/heating system made awful noise when on, making it hard to sleep! Phone didn’t work and we didn’t have access to room service unless we went downstairs. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do, and central for both walking and taking an Uber!

Customer service was not great. Late check in. Coffee was finish in the morning, not able to acquire a cup. Parking staff not friendly, the attendant was a bit upset.

Nice by the water, but was surprised to see a $25 per day destination fee applied - yes per day. Hotel told me this fee was optional at time of booking and needed to click a box to not pay this fee, but I didn’t see this. Parking also mandatory valet at $58 plus tax per night. Rather stay more downtown closer to restaurants.

We love being near the ocean and able to walk to see many tourist spots. The rooms were very clean with a great view.

Great location and about 10 min walking to pikes place. Hotel is very nice, welcome bag, and restaurant and bar on site. Staff is awesome as well. Only valet and its 58 a night which is downside, but all hotels in area have about the same

The property was ok. The best description I can give is that it was cold. Not the weather - the property/staff/amenities. Unfortunately this stay was the low point of our 5 day trip. Waterfront placement doesn't really compensate for the aura of the place.

Train track is in the back and you can hear the noise in the middle of the night. The hotel overall is clean and staff is friendly. Just make sure you request room away from the track.

The property is very conveniently located on the waterfront, with Pike’s Place Market, Seattle ferris wheel, Lumen Field and many restaurants and bars in walking distance from the hotel. You can also go for an easy flat 3 mile jog on the waterfront right when you walk out from the hotel. For extremely affordable airport transportation, you can take the Link for $3 from the airport to Westlake and then can walk to the hotel from the Westlake station. Unfortunately, the Link was down when we were in Seattle so we had to use rideshare and taxi services for airport transportation which will run you $45 for a taxi and $55-85 for rideshare services.

Incredible views on the waterfront
Great location, easy to walk anywhere. We loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The front desk upgraded us to a balcony room with an incredible view (at no cost)! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
