Suite is just another room

When you go onto their website they use pictures of their rooms that are for sure from another red lion. I got a suite with a Jacuzzi, the bed and Jacuzzi were awesome, everything else was awkward and very plain. Not what you would expect for a suite that you're paying double the price for. There were stains on the floor, big red stains, big Brown stains, when we stepped into the lobby our first thoughts were, this place is gross and I can't believe Im paying 200.00 a night.

The shower curtain in our bathroom did not fit right, so some water got on to the floor (not an excessive amount or anything). We got a knock on the door from maintenance saying there was a leak and the room downstairs has a lot of water coming down. He took a step through the room door and quickly blurted, "Oh, you flooded the bathroom," and dashed out. This was completely not true because the little water that was on the floor, I had already dried. A minute later we get a call from the front desk saying we will be charged for damages for the room underneath. Thankfully, I talked to the manager, who was very kind and he said we wouldn't be charged. I'm glad they were reasonable. Otherwise the place was decent and the breakfast was surprisingly better than I imagined.

close to freeway easy access to attractions

Pros: friendly helpful staff great breakfast
Cons: a little dated but not important to me our vacations are not spent lounging at the hotel.
Location: close driving distance to several amazing national parks
Clean rooms reasonable rates clean pool great service security is out and about friendly and helpful,

Horrible hotel

It was filthy and dirty, not your typical Red Lion establishment. We had mold in the shower, and our room smelled awful. The stairwells were gross. The walls were splattered with stuff, and I didn't even want to touch the elevator button.

Handy tto Tacoma area.

Pros: Good location, good breakfast, also close to restaurants.
Cons: Driveways marked with Yellow paint, exit furthest south, had real high curb and it would and will cause damage if you go over it on way out.
Location: Went to Bremerton Island, and took ferry across back to Seattle, spent night with no issues, then went to LeMay Car Museum in the AM.
A little tricky to find, but not real bad, near downtown Tacoma and Tacoma Mall if interested in either is great location for the money.
