We booked a double king room and arrived to be told that the room we booked didn't exist. The staff was helpful and were able to get us rebooked in their suite which was able to sleep the people in our party but charged us for the difference in the cost of the two rooms. The suite was dirty with sticky floors and old food stains on the table. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom where it was some kind of repair was poorly attempted and in the ceiling near the fan in the bathroom. Overall, very disappointed in our stay and will not rebook, but wanted to make sure others are warned to double check that the rooms they book through this hotel actually exist before paying.

The shower was leaking all night the sink made frog noises off and on thru the night the toilet seat was falling off. The blanket was as thin as a sheet and the heater made a screaming noise every time it kicked on.

Great location, great customer service. Only "complaint" but it was really okay-I asked for an hour late check out, was told that it wasnt a problem but was called at original check out time. I chalk it up to either not noting, or an automatic response system-but everything else was great.

Most of the time it’s good but this time the floor was dirty, toilet was running and after I told them the first night it wasn’t fixed. Bed had a hole in the bed sheet and a stain on the comforter and left no coffee on the 2nd day plus my keycard didn’t work the second night which really made me mad as I had to go all the way back to office and wait 10 minutes in line to get that fixed.

Towels were dirty (still had stains), blankets were also dirty (had ink stains and dried blood). Rooms were not noise proof at all, could hear cars on the street very loudly. Unsafe to walk in surrounding streets. Staff at the front desk were nice and quick though.

Facility though dated was clean. Breakfast was better than continental, sausages, eggs, waffles in addition to standard muffins, toast etc. Room was quiet. Check in easy, front staff GM Brent very pleasant, saw him at checkout too. Overall value for the money. Would stay again

Room smelled like old musk! Every time you got off the bed , you heard a bang because the bed sat on some type of medal framing. Don’t stay on the frontside, it was loud , you could hear the traffic from the highway The staff was nice but the rooms, not so good

I checked in and checked out within the same hour. Room was dirty and the area is unsafe. I went to the front desk to get information for a manager or something to possibly receive a refund and he gave me no information at all and barely spoke English. And when I asked for a simple phone number or something, he gave me nothing.

The person that checked me in gave me no information. I asked where my room is located he told me in the back up stairs. It was not! It was in the front. When we went in the room it was sweltering hot with no way to regulate or even turn the heat off. The phone in the room did not work. No number anywhere to get ahold of the front desk.

Booked a King but was given two beds number 134. They didnt tell us and when i called the office to tell them they said there was none. Called for extra blanket the 2nd night but they said they couldnt give us one. Convinent location but service was hard to get

The attendant asking if I was paying by cash or card and if I had pets with me should’ve given it away. My room was supposed to be non-smoking, however, it smells like a chainsmoker’s ashtray. The floors are filthy, to the point where I won’t walk around in my socks. When I turned on the heater, the smell was atrocious. If I had to guess, somebody peed in the heating and cooling system at some point—no joke. Basically, the room was one step up from sleeping on the streets. I’m so glad that I brought my own blanket and pillow and my stay is very limited!

It was easy to find, there were pleanty space for parking, yet i felt the parking space was a little cramped. However they do have parking space for 18 wheelers. I did not park in this aera which I think they should have let me because of the vehical I was driving, 3500 flat bed.
