First time here

Pros: Easy location and lots of food options.
Location: Right across from Emerald Queen and excellent mini mart.
For work I stay in the area a couple times during the week and look for reasonable prices at locations with decent reviews. This was my time here and I was very happy all the way around. Check in was very quick and clerk was very pleasant and informative. The room was very spacious and had all the things I would need for a comfortable stay. Overall it was a very good stay and will keep this place in mind for future stays if the price is reasonable!

Great location for our needs

Pros: Everything was good
The Quality Inn was chosen because of being centrally located to our son's wedding parties but also because we know the room will be clean, comfortable and the breakfast will be good.

Beautiful but big carbon footprint

Gorgeous room, atrium, etc. Uses disposible plastic trays for EACH cup of coffee. No place to hang towels so re-use is not an option.

Thank you for your review. Each room does have a multi-rack towel shelf as well as a curved shower rod so that you can hang & re-use towels. I am not familiar with any plastic disposable trays, all of our coffee cups are made of paper as well. We are pleased that you liked the room!

Unaccomodating

Cons: Noisy floor. Mgt bad attitude
Location: Gambling
Reservations for a week. First night the hairdryer didn't work. They changed us to another room with two queen beds from a king that was the original choice. Lighting was harsh noises above interrupted our sleep. Didn't change sleep quilt out didn't offer refund As requested

Room was fine for 1 night. Bathroom didn't seem very clean but rest was fine.

Place to sleep

Pros: The bed
Location: The location was a little further from my son's house and with the traffic it took awhile to get to Kent.
The bed was the biggest surprise it was one of the most comfortable hotel bed that I've slept in and the pillows were great. The breakfast was hot with scrambled eggs and sausage as a nice surprise. I was even given a choice of floors and with my bad knee I took the ground floor of course.

Rooms were clean but need to be upgraded. This hotel is along the lines of a motel 6 or super 8.

staff was friendly, floors dirty

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: The room was not cleaned the first day after asking. Then the next day it was cleaned but the toiletries were not refreshed.
Location: Location was fine.
I have already sent pictures of how dirty my husbands feet were after walking around the room. The carpet was still damp---I think it may have been shampooed but it was still filthy. Also, my husband and I feel that this room #113 was previously a smoking room because the smell of smoke was evident. We have stayed at Quality Inns in the and been very happy that is why we returned to one but we will not return to this hotel. Thank-you.
