Really good value

Pros: Firm bed, effective air conditioner, easy TV remoting, mini fridge, microwave
Cons: Have some whole grain, higher fiber breakfast items. Like a bran muffin, 100% whole wheat bread for toast, etc.
Location: With Lyft or Uber you can easily make this a place to stay for an event at the Tacoma Dome.
Nice, firm bed. Great air conditioning (was 100 degrees out and you'd never know it). Nice breakfast (good variety). TV worked great (no getting through menus to get to the viewing, just power on and you're there). Has a mini fridge and microwave, too! In this price range, you couldn't do better.

Convenient location.

The staff was very accommodating. We had problems with the toilet in our room and they had another room cleaned so that we could move just a few doors away. The beds were comfortable and especially, the pillows. The free hot breakfast was great and there were many good things to choose from. We thought our room seemed a little too dark and would be better with an additional lamp. We were close to a lot of amenities. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Close to many activities

This hotel is close to the activities we went to this past weekend. Hotel was ok. Sketchy part of town, didnt feel safe at all. Hotel breakfast was not what we expected. Waffle maker was broke, and other food was not appetizing at all. I would not stay here again.

nice looking hotel

Pros: Close to Casino
Location: Gamble at the Casino
Close to the Casino and nice staff and clean room and good breakfast selection. Only bad thing was noisy party going on behind the hotel.

The room was very clean and when I woke up sick in the middle of the night the staff have me directions to the nearest store, which was greatly appreciated.

Great service, great food, comfy rooms

Our first room we could hear the semi shop next door, through the walls. I went to deadbolt door but had to pull door open a crack to get it to dead bolt; light and sound came through. The refrigerator made an unusually loud high pitch hum. I went to office to ask for a new room and without hesitation she brought me to another one and it was great! It seems they are working on updating it and could see their progress. Very comfortable room! We noted a sketchy car with sketchy character in the back parking lot and in minutes the police were there looking into it. The morning breakfast was perdect for my swimming daughter. My daughter and I are use to white noise so we asked for a fan and again, without hesitation, we were given a fan. Great food, great service, and a hotel that seems to be updating daily!

Horrible, dirty, filthy and gross!!!

I was not happy with our experience here. My children's feet turned black after having baths and walking barefoot in the hard wood floors for 20 minutes. Sheets had stains... so disappointing. There were left over pizza packets of peppers and cheese on the floor, in plain view!! Ugh. Awful place

Great hotel and location.

Pros: The amenities, the room, and the location.

Location: Shopping and casino.
The hotel was great. I enjoyed the wood laminate floors. It was conveniently located across the street from the casino - within walking distance for some great dining. Very comfortable room. The only drawback was, not the fault of the hotel, but due to the legality of marijuana. The odor wafted around out side from guests using the drug. Fortunately, the smell did not permeate our room. It would be nice that would be a designated no smoking area away from the rooms and the rooms designated as "No Smoking".
