Need better rooms

There have been way too many issues with our room, but they have been full so we couldn't move to a different room. The air conditioner only works when it feels like it, the microwave keeps acting up, the toilet had been leaking water, the dresser drawers broke. But every time I've called the Front desk they just said it's supposed to be fixed next week. We've had to pay $4.99/day for Premium WiFi access, but still keep getting knocked off. Their soda machines only take debit/credit cards when they are working and their snack machine had been out of order since we checked in. Plus their TV service is Dish Network and their selection pretty much sucks! They don't have at least a Continental Breakfast and they don't sell supplies for their washer/dryer.
