Comfortable convient stay

Day staff extremely disrespectful. Management rude beyond words. Housekeeping treated guests like non paying customers

Bare bones cheap motel- was clean but they dont even offer free internet- after you pay $ 5 each night, it is only allowed on a single device and goes out and bad reception entire time. Drug deals happening all night in all areas of motel. It was very clean and lots of towells so not all bad.

Meth.

The first night we stayed someone came nocking on our door at 3 am asking if we had any meth. I will not be staying here again.

Worst experience

Rude staff. Very unfriendly. Communication lacks between staff and the customer pays the price and takes blame

Bad Customer Service

Guy told me to come back a certain time to check in which happened to be when he was off. Didn't want to help me for some reason. I canceled resevasion and went to Extended Stay in Federal Way where hospitality was a total opposite.

I feel bad for the front desk staff

It’s really sad when you go into a hotel or motel that is supposed to be non smoking and immediately smell cigarette smoke, open the fridge to put your food away and it reaks of fish, go into the bathroom and there’s black hair on the toilet and in the shower as well as dry blood splatters on the right hand side (if you were stepping into the shower) and when you closed the door there were more blood splatters and a yellow stains on the wall there as well. I was honestly disgusted so I had someone come in and wipe down for us again but still the fact they make you check out at 11:30am and are supposed to have the rooms cleaned and ready by 3pm and it was in that condition when we got it? I get it I paid for a cheap motel but come on. I used to clean houses for a living guys get a check list going and make sure your cleaners follow it, have someone supervise and look it over again after they’re done...your front desk staff doesn’t need to be hassled about the cleanliness of the rooms. They were so sweet/kind. Your cleaners need more training...blood born pathogens are a thing and people can catch incurable diseases from contact. Your cleaner didn’t even come in with gloves on! Just towels and a spray bottle! That’s disgusting and unsafe for everyone involved!

Ants

I had ants in my bed and I had food that I bought and I took a shower I came out to eat my food and I ate some if the ants . I checked out of my room early . I did not receive a refund like the manager said she would
