Lobby and restaurant is nice.The rooms are 'tired'
Our room was very disappointing; especially for a King Suite. Upon entering the room we could smell 'dog'. We are dog owners, so... Ok, we can deal with it. But the carpet was full of unvacuumed dog hair! I didn't want to take off my socks! The hotel was fully booked so changing rooms was out. Plastic cups, paper-thin towels and absolutely no amenities that would make the room memorable.
The ice machines were only working in the lobby and the 7th floor. Waiting for the elevator seemed like forever. So walking the stairs became the best option.
In all, we expected more and were disappointed.
