Nice hotel, but better customer service wont hurt
We stayed there for 2 nights. Had to carry my own luggage with no bellhop in sight. I would think for $$ i paid these services would be provided. Also, lighting in the room was very VERY dark, no lamps on the ceiling, just on the side of the beds. Since I was there to prep for the wedding, all the makeup and hair had to be done in the bathroom, which was very inconvenient. When we asked front desk for additional lamps, we were told nothing can be done.
Also, the fact that I needed to pay for parking while staying in the hotel, is a little weird, i have stayed in differrent hotels and its the first where I had to pay for parking.
Overall, not sure if I want to return
