hotel desk did give me a map for directions and valet parking but forgot to give me my key to the room. Lost TV connection . Hotel bar/restaurant told me my take out order would take 5 min for a soup and 1/2 sand order but I waited over 20 min to get it. Soup very salty, wrap sand very dry.
