I have stayed at the Hotel Murano before and was very satisfied with the cleanliness and upkeep of all the facilities. I was very disappointed being the only person in line during check in, but it took far too long. I didn't receive a key to rhe mini bar in my room and felt the front desk attendant was very rushed. Upon entering my room, there was no soap or shampoo, which I did have to call for. I also noticed the towels were very rough, like gym towels washed without fabric softener. I love the gym setup and there is plenty of equipment, but no fans at all in a gym! The food at Bite and service was excellent and I really enjoyed it, that was a great experience. The valet attendant that helped me gladly accepted my tip, but did not bother to opem my door. For the price paid for valet, this was the first time I experienced lackluster valet service.

I enjoyed my stay the only recommendation I would give is the hours of the gift shop should be extended and I didn't receive an itemized bill. I had an early flight and asked to have it emailed however I never received it.

We booked on Expedia. First the front office staff argued about the rate confirmed by Expedia. Then, I was charged twice and front office staff Elizabeth and Vsnessa were clueless about how to rectify the matter. Took more than 3 hours trying to get something done. Manager did nothing to resolve the situation. We needed to call housekeeping multiple times, no coffee, robes as in desrciption of room not there. Hotel lobby is beautiful but rooms are minimal and bathroom not functional. Terrible shower.

Pros: Friendly people and comfortable rooms
Cons: Nothing
Location: It was close to work that I do and people that live in that area that I need to stay close to.
Check in to check out people were awesome and really allowed me to enjoy my stay! When travel weekly it was great to have this kind of service in a beautiful hotel that was very comfortable.

Beautiful rooms, great view, fantastic location, near lots of resturaunts and breweries, interesting art. Loved our stay and we will be back to try the spa!
