No Air Conditioning, no microwave, no pool. Why charge so much and be sub-par. I'll take the Hilton line over this any day!

On behalf of the hotel, please accept my apologies for a less than perfect stay. All of our guestrooms do feature AC, so I apologize if your was not functioning properly. We do have microwaves available upon request, and thought we do not have a pool on site, we do partner with the YMCA across the street that features a full pool. I'm sorry if the team did not inform you of that.
I hope that you'll give us another opportunity in the future.
