Enjoyed my stay. Price was just right for a quick overnight weekend trip. Close to my areas of interests. Great views of Mt. Rainier. Polite and courteous staff. Good food at Bites. Room was quiet and did not have any strong fragrances which is important to me since I have asthma and allergies. Bed was comfortable. Overall I would recommend.

The property is severely overpriced with very few amenities. The only pleasant part was the view of Mt. Ranier and the lobby. Entrance smelled like a casino. The air conditioner was broken in my room. The maintenance tech came and asked if we would like to JUST LEAVE THE WINDOWS OPEN (we were on the 20th floor). No offer to fix. On the day before we left, they finally offered to bring a microwave to our room. Meals were pricey. Embassy Suites is better for the price and convenience. I will stay there from this point forward.

The glass and art collection really made the hotel special. All of the front desk staff were very accommodating helping us get into our room before the standard check-in time which was very much appreciated. We were able to walk to the Saturday Farmer's market, Museum of Glass and a variety of coffee shops and vintage stores. Parking was easy and onsite with in and out self park.

Rooms need to checked for cleanliness and the work out area needs to be updated and at least having the machines working properly. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

This is the second time we have stayed here this year. Both times have been a great experience. Great location to the convention center, plenty of dining options including on-site. Great parking. Walking distance to many amenities. Staff is prompt and friendly. Hotel overall is nice, but could use some updating. Carpet is loose in hallway, some glass needed fixed, elevator had non functioning screen. Would highly recommend a stay here.

A lovely stay in a beautiful hotel. The #3 elevator gave me some anxiety, and there was random construction that made lyfts hard to get but thats not on the hitel. Great bed and quiet rooms

We’ve stayed at Hotel Murano previously while visiting Tacoma. We booked our second stay, but mistakenly booked a standard room. Upon check in, the staff was so helpful in finding us a bigger room beginning day 2 for the remainder of our trip. Both times we’ve visited, the staff was been wonderful and so friendly. We definitely enjoyed the menu options offered at Bite this trip vs the previous trip, so that was a pleasant change. We have an annual event at the convention center, and it’s so nice and convenient for walking. We’ll be staying here again next year!

The property was great, cleanliness was perfect, only thing was that wasn't advertised was it was $26 extra a night for parking not included and no breakfast options besides a little pricey restaurant but otherwise, it was perfect.

3rd time staying at the hotel Appreciate being able to check-in early. Staff is friendly. Room is OK. Parking is $25 plus tax so it's kind of expensive. Nothing much to see or eat around the area.
