worst guest services and rudest staff. We got a noise complaint at 5:30pm letting us know this is our one and final warning and next time they will kick us out. I requested late check out at 9am and was told no because too many people had already requested late check out. we left at 12:30, check out time was 12 and the front desk lady refused to give us back our $100 sercurity deposit. ontop of the 24/7 hour open pool being closed, telling my friend to cover up as she was wearing a tight crop top with high waisted shorts, no door for connecting rooms, and the rudest staff. I feel taken advantage of and ripped off. note: paid $100 sercurity deposit for each room.... and the lady up front said she was "being nice" by giving me $100 back, hoping they didn't pocket the money or something. I will definitely be calling the manager tomorrow.

We value feedback and appreciate the opportunity to resolve any guest concerns in order to improve our guest service. I do apologize if you experienced any inconvenience due to a courtesy reminder with regards to noise. Every guest's comfort is important to us.
