Nice and clean

Very spacious room. Close to the University and Museums. Convenient parking. We had very restful 2 days.

Great rooms, super comfy bed, could use a hot tub in the pool area! The gym was greatly equipped!

Nice Hotel

Pros: Nice room.
Cons: Amenities could be improved
Location: Close to everything downtown Taxoma.
Was not told that parking was an additional 7 Dollars, NO microwave available in room or on the floor. Overall the room was nice.

Good location for the university

Otherwise kind of in the middle of no where. Bus and link close, but you have to walk down a steep hill to get there.

I purchased the executive king room, which was suppose to have a fridge which I wanted. I called a few hours before checking in to double check that there would be a fridge before I bought food. They told me your room comes with a fridge, and if there isn't one in there they would bring one up to us, so I bought food/drinks. Get to the room, no fridge and they told us they wont bring us one. Were very rude. We even asked for extra ice buckets so we could chill our stuff, they even said no to that. What's the point of paying extra for amenities and we don't even get them?

Clean hotel a bit of a walk from downtown

Pros: Nice room and comfortable bed.
Cons: The evening staff didn't seem particularly helpful.
Location: A bit far from downtown to walk.
The hotel was very clean and parking was gated and easily accessible for guests. It was about a 20 minute walk from the main downtown bars and restaurants. Even though it only looks like 6 blocks on a map, they are large blocks. The check in staff was great and friendly. At night, we were trying to buy some snacks and water and the staff was not especially welcoming or helpful. We had to ask if we could pay at the counter because they didn't want to proactively tell us how the process was. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean. And most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, only one problem. The breakfast doesn't have any meat products except pork.
