To long to check in

Posted 19-Aug-2016
Pros: Beds were comfortable
Cons: Faster check-in and fix the carpet and paint where the holes have been covered up with plaster.
Location: N/A
We reserved the room on expedia.com and when we got there the staff assisting us kept talking to the other staff member and It took way to long to check-in.

Okay hotel

Posted 19-Aug-2016
It was alright for the most part. They had a pool and exercise equipment but the room we got was not cleaned very well. There was black stuff all over the tub and it was splatters on the walls. The fridge had a bunch of food from I don't know how long and it was all covered in ice. The floor was not vacuumed. It was like all they did was fix the bed and add new towels nothing else.

IT WAS HORRIBLE!

Posted 17-Aug-2016
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything!
Location: its in the ghetto
There was dog poop in the stairway that stayed there for two days, my shower didn't work, the fridge in my room was leaking so the floor was wet all around it. When I checked in they required a cash deposit that I did not receive a receipt for, when I went to check out two days later the staff told me that she couldn't find it on the books. I demanded my deposit back and she reviewed the video of me checking in only to find her employee had put the money in her pocket!! The place may look good from the street view but it smelled horrible, almost no one on the staff spoke English, and there were chicken bones placed around the perimeter of the building every 3 feet or so. also a warning on all the room doors that the staff was not responsible for anything stolen by the maids made me repack and take my bag with me every time I left my room. (given what later happened with my deposit I'm glad I did!)

Ok for the price

Posted 15-Aug-2016
Room was spacious, electrical outlets were few and not easily assessable. Shower water kept changing from hot to cold without even touching the faucet. But compared to prices of other motels in the area it was worth staying and saving some money.

Pool is the best thing

Posted 14-Aug-2016
The shower water had a mind of its own. It goes cold to hot on its own. Some of the lady in front desk were rude.

Cops were at the entrance when I got there to check in. From everything I overheard, a guest had been drunk and going in and out of other guests rooms without permission. Women at the front desk were worried about other things like checking their cell phones, and chatting with each other that it took around 40 minutes to check us in. Also their was no advertising or fine print stating that they charge you a $50 deposit on your room if you pay with cash, with card they put a hold for the same.. as we walked up to the non smoking entrance, the pathway was covered with cigarette buds. Going up the stairs was empty food wrappers and even more cigarette buds. The windows even had the screens popped off an cigarette buds left on the window seals. Our room was handicap when I asked for a regular standard non smoking room, door had a busted top lock and we had to keep checking our door to make sure no one would enter. Pool area was off limits to our little ones because guests were drinking alcohol and smoking. Other guests left trash an empty beer cans in the hallways as well. You get what you pay for basically, cheap, run down motel, no rules, with lazy staff.. at check out they had to send someone to go inspect our room before we could get our deposit back, if not they would keep my deposit and charge my credit card used to reserve the room also. Never again would we stay here nor recommend others to stay here, especially if you have children.

Don't do it!

Posted 03-Aug-2016
Should have known from the condition in the lobby that I'd made a bad decision. Stained carpet throughout the entry way between the lobby and hotel. Staff acted as though I were an inconvenience. Reserved a room with a king size bed. Upon entering my room, the odor was strong. And the room had two twin beds. I called the desk and asked why my room didn't have a king. I was rudely informed that it wasn't available, and I was given my current room at no extra charge. The room was dirty around the corners and very small. I went down stairs to drive my vehicle around the back to park it. On the side of the building trash bags were overflowing and broken box springs were piled up. I went back to my room and attempted to find another hotel in the vicinity, to no avail. I figured I'd try to make the best of the situation. I was going to shower. The water never got past barely lukewarm. I pulled a towel off the rack. The rack was broken and taped together. And as I unfolded the towel , it was soiled. I dripped dry , got dressed , and asked for a refund. Which I was denied. Ended up spending the night in my vehicle.

There was a table ready to fall apart, the walls are paper thin, the HDMI hookups on the TV didn't work amd although free wifi was advertised it didn't work at all. Never staying here again.
