There was a table ready to fall apart, the walls are paper thin, the HDMI hookups on the TV didn't work amd although free wifi was advertised it didn't work at all. Never staying here again.

Shady Characters

Not exactly a great family hotel. There were several 'shady characters' hanging around using some choice words in a rather heated conversation. My kids may have been entertained, but it didn't exactly make for a great family environment. Also, my Father-In-Law's bathroom door was locked and he couldn't get in. The hotel staff did not know how to get it open. He also said it sounded like someone was trying to get into his room two or three times during the night. Yikes! There were a lot of things that needed repair. However, it was clean which I appreciated. It seemed like a reasonable price when I booked it considering the relatively close proximity to Seattle, but with all the things that you have to put up with, it certainly wasn't worth it. I will not be staying here again.

The worst hotel ever

The carpet was ripped caught my foot when I enter the room.there was no cold water just hot. to take a shower was in possible.the lady at desk was ok. room stunk. Breakfast lousy. they cut everything in the forth as to imply you're not to have a whole muffin just a quarter of one. And all the other pastries were cut in half. If they gave me a free room I would never stay there again

Awful - will not be back!

This hotel was awful! The bed skirt was filthy, there was no running hot water for a shower and the management wouldn't fix it! They did move us from the 1st floor to the 3rd but that was the only positive thing that happened during our stay! Would NOT recommend!

Worst experience ever.

Didnt stay in hotel. Found bugs in beds. Moved to a different room, and found bugs in that room also. Manager argued with me about the bugs and refused to refund me. Worst experience ever.

It was not as close to the casino as we thought...

Pros: The employees were friendly and helpful.
Location: It wasn't as close to things nearby (for walking) but located about in the middle of the two casinos by car.
We didn't know that there were two Emerald Queen Casinos, one in Tacoma and one in Fife. We stayed at the wrong motel for where we needed to be. However, the employees were very pleasant, our room was clean, and overall it was fine for what we were looking for. The continental breakfast wasn't much (not much selection) but it was clean and pleasant enough. For the price, it was fine.
