It was actually very clean and quiet it was a nice place the bathroom light could have been better and the bed made my back hurt but overall it was a nice place to stay thank you

Despite having a TV remote that didn’t work right and another patron that was less than quiet it was a far better experience than what I had at a different hotel down the road.

What I liked was it was close to my job. Employees were nice. The hotel was average. The last night there they did not service my room. They came in the room and opened up the curtains and left the do not disturb sign on the door without cleaning or doing anything to the room. Besides that, the employees were nice.

I was in room 113. The room itself was perfect; clean and cozy and updated. The location was very noisy. If there was a quiet hour/time, it wasn’t enforced. I was awakened dozens of times by loud people up and down the halls and outside my window. The lock of said window was broken which made me feel unsafe. The closest exit door needs a soft closing update because people constantly slammed it open and let it slam shut which also woke me up dozens of times.

NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM, NO CUPS OR ICE BUCKET. A BIT EXPENSIVE FOR LACK LUSTER SERVICE.
It was right next to a main road off the freeway so constant traffic noise not to mention the over priced taco time next it the hotel. I would of checked out and went someplace else but I paid for it before hand next time I'll do my research before hand.
One lamp did not work and was never looked at or attempted to fix. Room was not cleaned 2nd day of stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property in the last two years. The area is much rougher than our first visit. We were given a room on the first floor at the very end of the building so that is where we parked. The next morning we woke up to our vehicle missing its catalytic converter. We spoke with the morning staff and were informed that the pm staff had access to the cameras and would assist us. When we returned that evening the pm staff was rude and basically called us liars to our face. She accused us of not having a catalytic converter on our vehicle when we checked in and then had the gall to question why we parked in the rear parking lot to begin with. If the staff is aware that it’s a shady area and parking in the rear of the motel is unsafe then why wouldn’t they let us know upon check-in or better yet do something about it. I would not recommend this property to anyone and it makes me question if I should continue to use Red Lion Properties in other cities.

The boxspring was broken on one of the queen beds in the room. Cops blocking a car when we checked in. Sirens all night and a train very near the area that woke me up at least 3 times. I will never recommend this place or stay here again. The previous reviews fooled me into thinking this was a good place to stay for a casino concert. If this is the best, I’ll go to concerts elsewhere. No thank you. Not even for $Free$ breakfast.

I told the gals at the desk that when you flush the toilet in our room it sounded like is was about ready to explode. On you must have been in room 216. They knew this and still put people in the room.

As soon as i slept in my bed, i developed severe rash all over my body. I had to take a cold shower and take benadryl in order it for to subside.
The rooms are not deep cleaned nor are the sheets changed.

It was quite convenient for Maple Valley. The room was fine & clean, though I would recommend no carpet in rooms that allow dogs! Luckily our dog is well-behaved, & doesn't bark
Altogether, it was a good experience with helpful front desk staff.
