The restaurant QR was irrelevant, didn’t match the current menu and didn’t link to an online order. When dialed the number listed to put in an order for pick up, it went straight to voicemail. Headed down to the dining room to put in an order and the service was so.very.slow. Decided to have a drink while I waited, bar was limited, didn’t even have simple syrup, as well as ginger beer and Pepsi for cocktails.
As far as the hotel, when I booked through the app, I didn’t see that there was an extra parking fee per vehicle. Not even one space complimentary to the booking. The young lady at the front desk did not have the best communication skills. My husband works close by and I will be hesitant to rebook, it would be purely out of convenience.
