We chose this hotel over several others because it had a pool and hot tub, and not just a pool. Well, the hot tub is out of order when we get here! The pool is freezing and the light fixture was floating in the water and was still attached to the power cord when we went down to use it! The staff are…barely friendly at best and no where near accommodating. I went to get ice and the machine was just making noise and no ice came out. I went to ask the front desk and she said well there is ice on the 3rd floor working…I’m on the first floor of course! She stated she knew the machine was broken but had not gotten to putting up a sign yet. The family staying above us are allowing their children to run back and forth pounding on the floor making a horrible banging sound in our room. It’s extremely loud and frustrating! The office stated it was before “quiet hours “ currently so at 10:00 pm if it’s still going on to let them know and they will take care of it then!!! Completely unacceptable!!! The lady next to us has a small Yappee dog that was barking all night and then most of the afternoon. The housekeeper informed me they were staying here for a month and this was common!!! The microwave wasn’t even plugged in nor could I find an outlet for it to go into so I had to move it to use it!!! Do not stay here it is overpriced and extremely under managed! Not worth the hassle and stress! Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming. We stayed in a suite with a huge jetted tub, which was amazing! Other hotels with rooms like this one generally cost a lot more than what we paid, so that is a big plus.

I loved that the property has a 24 hour pool. We travel a lot with our 16 year old son and sometimes get to the hotel late and the pool is closed. Staff was amazing and super big and clean rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel as I will come back myself! Thank you!!!

The staff were very accommodating. O had messed the reservation and they needed to fix and switch room. They were more then willing to makecus happy. The place was clean and all of the linens were plentiful and white! The place was showing its age, but you could see that there was a dedicated staff and an “on the mark” manager as well. They appear to be on the middle of a little remodel.

Rooms with the hot tubs are excellent, but pool and hot tub for every guest is good and clean too. Phone and tv did not work in my room, so that was weird. Front desk staff are friendly and responsive. Very flexible and nice about late checkout which was appreciated!

The location is easily accessible from I-5, and near JBLM. There are a few good dining options within walking distance. Rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. Staff are few but friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic, but adequate to start the day. The family rooms and room with kitchen are nice. We would choose this place again.
