Close to Casino. Needs update and renovate.

Posted 28-Feb-2017
Pros: Across from Casino.
Cons: Clean the doors, and walls. Replace the carpet. Coffe pot for the coffee maker. Thicker walls, thicker ceilings.
Location: Across from Emeral Queen Casino. Went to MMA fights at the showroom casino, which is up the interstate a short distance. You can use free shuttle bus.
At least the room did not smell. Dim lighting, old carpet with burn holes, black smudges and drip marks on front and back of bathroom door. No coffee pot. Tiny, I mean tiny bathroom. Checked for bugs and found none, thank God. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. You know after several beers the room condition didn't bother me a bit. Lol. Upstairs people were running a marathon? Twice! Midnight and again around 3am. Front desk greeter was very nice, working alone at check in hour so there was a line. Pony up Days Inn and hire a 2nd check in person for busy times. Geesh. I'll mosey on up the highway for a better kept place next time. Oh, and might want to bring your own towels. THeir white towels had dark spots on them, would you trust a spotted white towel at any hotel? Sorry folks, this place got a thumbs down from me. Be prepared for a Ben Franklin hold on your card for incidentals that was not disclosed upon making the reservation on line.

Bedding was Filthy upon Check-in

Posted 06-Feb-2017
Pros: Location.
Cons: Everything
Location: Centrally located across from the casino. The restaurant "Poodle Dog" was really good.
We checked in to our room and found the blankets at the foot of the bed were filthy and stained with drink marks and other white spots. I called the hotel office and told them about it. Instead of sending housekeeping up to replace them, they asked US to bring them down to the office for replacement. My wife didn't even want to touch them. Once we removed the blankets it revealed an even larger dark stain on the sheets. Super disgusting. We then went to the office to talk to them about it. The Lady at the front desk said she could give us new sheets but could not make the bed for us since she "didn't know how". We then suggested that they just give us a different room. The new room was cleaner and a little warmer but the hotel itself need to be remodeled desperately. It is in poor repair.

Right across the street from Emerald Queen Casino

Posted 03-Oct-2016
The room worked for what we needed. Across the street from the Emerald Queen Casino and not far from Tacoma Dome. I will stay here again on my next trip.

Paper thin walls!

Posted 30-Sep-2016 on Hotels
The rooms are out dated. We were in the room set up for handicap so it was large. The bed was alright but getting old...the pillows are small but they managed for the 1 night we stayed. The location was great for the Emerald Queen Casino. The rooms are noisy! We were on the ground floor and the people in the room above were loud and in the morning we could hear everyone walking by the window.
