It was located next door to the Tacoma Dome which is very convenient for attending a concert.

Parking garage had pipes leaking onto cars and very few parking spaces. There were cigarette burns on the sheets in our non-smoking room. The kitchen was out of order so no continental breakfast (one of the reason I chose this place) just a "go bag" which was not great.
The staff was very friendly and kind. It's a convenient place to stay for going to a show at the Tacoma dome. I'm sure after the renovation and the kitchen opens back up it would be fine.

Apparently the health department shut the kitchen down and they are unable to serve food.

No cold water, no iron, refrigerator door would not close. Plug ins don’t work. Lobby and parking sketchy. Location is perfect if you are going to Tacoma dome but there’s nothing around to do.

If you’re looking for a hotel to stay during thunderdome, look no more! This place was perfect for what I needed, being right next to the Tacoma dome.
The hotel was nice, the staff were super friendly and helped with whatever we needed.
The area around the hotel was nice and everything was close, will be staying again next time I go to this event!

What happened to the breakfast buffet, it’s gone now.
When you go down to the reception desk,
They give you a paper bag with an apple, breakfast bar
And apple juice. The restaurant is closed. :(
My room was clean though, and the hotel was next to
The Tacoma dome where I worked the Rv show.

Walked in past a bunch of people smoking outside the front door. No one at front desk. There was a sign saying they would be back in 15 minutes because they were helping other guests. Stood there for about 20 minutes watching the people smoke waiting to check in. Eventually the people smoking came in, turns out they were the Staff!!!! The place is dirty. It looks like blood on the carpet in the hallway. Broken elevator. Shower head broken, very low toilet. There were a lot of transient people staying in this hotel. There is also a sign at the front desk stating if you complain about anything you will be banned from all Comfort Suites!!!! And the kicker: the manager was dressed like the Devil with a red shirt and red Devil horns on her head??? We took pictures. We stayed here because we were going to a concert next door but it was absolutely not worth it!
I don’t normally do these reviews but it is January and we are still talking about this hotel and how we were treated. Comfort Suites should send in a CEO to stay there. Undercover. Have the full experience and see how your guests are being trained. We took pictures of everything. We won’t be back.

The only positive about this room/hotel was that the bed was comfortable. When turned on the sink and/or bathtub faucet, the “water” was brown. 🤢 the front desk staff was rude at check in and did NOT mention that there was NO breakfast, although Expedia listed it did have breakfast. The room was semi clean but the heat made a weird noise all night. 0 ⭐️. Do not recommend

Garage parking had no door and homeless hanging around in garage and near property
Clerk was not welcoming or hospitable. Room had a broken lamp, no dryer, no iron, rust marks all around tub and tub drain. Water in bath tub would not turn off, so dripped continuously. No hot water till late evening.
Walls thin so neighbor's noisy TV came right through. Given how FEW guests were staying in the Inn, rooms could have been spaced farther apart. Would NOT recommend.
The hotel is fine. It’s an older building and it shows. There were cigarette burns in the curtains of our room, but the lobby is pretty and the staff was friendly enough.
The only disappointment was it’s not a free breakfast. It’s a grab a bag and go. Not what I wanted. Like the sit down free breakfast in the morning. Should be listed.
The parking garage was unsecured and open to homeless and drug addicts. There is cameras but still made me nervous to leave my car in there.The hotel itself is very nice. No hot breakfast which was hugely disappointing.
I appreciated the hotels location. But, upon check in we found only one elevator working and the stairs were closed for some reason. Also, the hotel had a restaurant and bar but everything was completely empty…. Sad! The breakfast (grab n go) was garbage. Otherwise, I’d stay again.
Awful rooms had to change rooms because water didn't work, very dirty with no toilet paper, drunks and addicts in the garage making it unsafe to get to our car. Mirror fell off in the of the night AND front desk made it seem like its our fault and when asked for some kind of discount or compromise we were told that we already got a deal because we booked with expidia and it was out of there hands . Will never return or recommend
I checked in at 8pm. Went up to my room and it was dirty. Trash everywhere, unmade bed, light still on in the bathroom, ect..
Went back down to the lobby(now im late for my event at the Tacoma dome). The guy at the desk didnt know what to do. Called his manager, finally get another room, its not the room I ordered. I needed a bed with a fold out couch. I didnt get the couch. Extremely disappointed in my experience.

Checking in system not very organized even with a lot of advanced notice. Took over 1 hr to get checked in.
Stuck waiting hours to check in. When I was finally called another guest came down to cancel his room because of bed bugs and showed me a video. He was in room 609. I cancelled my room.
Don't stay here if you care about quality and safe
no latch on the door, smelled like mildew, towels were deformed, couch in the room was so disgusting I would never sit on it, no comforter on the bed, breakfast was bagged... I can go on, but you get the gist.
Do not stay here!!!
Took 2 hrs to check in. Arrived at 2:40pm and was checked in at 4:45pm. There was only 25 people in front of me, and it should not take that long. I noticed that Staff gave every person different reasons for the delay talk too. I talk to someone who checked in the day before and it was exactly the same. Only one elevator seem to work with no reason why. Signs up for renovations happening however, from what I can see nothing is being renovated. Rooms are disgusting. I Was just happy that there were no bed bugs and I did look. If I could afford another hotel last minute I would’ve, but that wasn’t in my budget for this trip unfortunately.
Spend the extra money to stay elsewhere.
