"Having a laundry in the room it was a plus. You don’t have to fright with other people and make sure you take your laundry out on time. Most of the stuffs English were very good but one particular stuff her tone wasn’t too friendly, it sounded like I was bothering her and why I would ask her questions and I should know the answer."

"Great location just a few steps from shibuya station. Steet leading to the hotel is clean and quiet with a combini and several places to eat/drink. Staff were helpful and spoke plenty of English. Rooms were very clean and well appointed with the in-room wash/dryer being particularly useful. A fantastic base for our time in Tokyo."

"We absolutely loved it. It’s an amazing property, yummy breakfast and great location. Our views were insane from the room and rooms were super spacious. We had the corner rooms. We would definitely stay there again."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but we would like to feedback on a few areas. We stayed on the 10th floor and frequently noticed strong cooking smells, such as fried food or curry, in the room despite keeping the windows properly closed. This may be due to the ventilation system, and we hope the hotel can look into it. We also noticed some white specks on the sofa and did not feel comfortable sitting on it or placing our belongings there. A thorough deep cleaning of the sofa would be appreciated. Breakfast and lunch were also mostly Western. For a hotel in Japan, it would be nice to have more Japanese and Asian options available."
