Stuck in the Middle!
We chose this hotel based on it's proximity to the Providence Airport and, frankly, because we assumed a Sheraton would be a nice accommodation.
Boy, we're we WRONG! Yes, it was close to the airport, but the place was in TERRIBLE condition. The hallways were filthy, plates and silverware were left out by rooms and never picked up by housekeeping, the smell/stench of paint was everywhere, and our room (while clean), was obviously unfinished. There were spots in the bathroom that needed to be caulked, we had four lamps in our room--three of which did NOT work--and painters' tape was still noticable in the doorways.
We were told by another patron that part of this was due to a merger or buyout of the Sheraton chain by Marriott. Whatever.
IMO: WHOEVER owns that particular Sheraton should learn how to vacuum and how to pickup dirt plates in the hallway. It's not difficult.
