"Awesome place with a great staff. Stayed for a couple of nights for US visa work and this was an ideal location for visiting the VAC and the embassy. Staff is familiar with the visa process and have a good grasp of Hindi/English, so communication was easy and straightforward. They have some sort of a 'visa' package, which apparently includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the in-house restaurants; which was a blessing as roaming outside in Chennai in the summer is not fun. All the restaurants were buffet-style, with a really eclectic spread of dishes - was fun trying everything out :) Gym primarily had cardio equipment, which was good enough for me. Only a couple of minor gripes - the in-house cab rate was definitely on the higher side, but it's the price for convenience and I was OK with it. Neither of the chairs in the room were that comfortable, though the bed was perfectly fine."

"This hotel had the best breakfast buffet of all the places we stayed in South India! Very large selection with made to order foods! The dining area is beautiful. They also have peanut snacks at the front that are complimentary for guests. The location was great, and the staff was helpful. They even packed us breakfast to-go on our last day, as we had to leave before the breakfast start time."

"Throughout our stay, the staff were all so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Great variety of options for breakfast and we didn’t have one bad meal when we ate in any of the restaurants. Would also highly recommend the Winchester bar for a drink. "
