Unfriendly reception staff
Unpleasant reception staff..hair dryer is not working and we ask for ekstra they can not provide. Electric outlet in the toilet is not working either, yet they didnt do anything.. aircon is no function as wel. 3 nights stay is a disaster.

Average chain hotel
Fairly average chain hotel about 10 minutes walk from station. On positive side I appreciate the internal door which blocks corridor noise. I had a room at back which was quiet, rooms on front have a main road.

I had a late check in and it was hard to find a hotel or Airbnb that could accommodate me. So it was nice to arrive at this hotel to a very pleasant and professional young woman at the reception. Check-in was efficient. My room was small with quite old carpet and furnishings, but fine. The only thing I could complain about is the two tiny twin beds meant for children. I’m just about 5’6” and they were barely long enough or wide enough for me. I can’t imagine anyone tall staying there! The bed was not the most uncomfortable bed I’ve had in Europe but nothing to recommend. It was just for one night so it was fine. The lovely staff made up for what the room lacked.

Nice hotel conveniently situated. Clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel is close to communal transport and walking distance from the main train station.

Cheap but for max one night.
Smelly room that takes a while to get used to :/ maybe it's not a good idea to have a cleaning staff from Curry Land? Hot as well, looks like AC is controlled from outside because the room control was off. To get it colder you need open the window but the traffic makes it impossible to sleep.

Very pleasant stay.
I stayed for two nights in Campanille hotel.It was very OK- clean, amazing, very helpfull staff, great breakfast. It was some noise from the street, but I wasn't any fault of hotel- of course. Highly recommended for short break.

The hotel is located at the very center of the city, easy accessible from the rail station and the airport. In the room you can find everything what a traveler needs including the hairdryer, coffee maker.

A visit to Szczecin
The hotel is located very close to the cathedral and main attractions, as well as main public transport lines. It's relatively inexpensive, but the room cleanliness and the comfort of the bed could be better. In the bathroom, there was a cherry stone on the floor when we arrived. It was still there on the day of our departure even though the room service was in at least twice. No spare towels even though the note in the bathroom says so. Coffee not refilled if not both packs used. Very uncomfortable mattress- being drawn into the middle of the bed rather than being able to sleep on your side of the bed. Only one lift available in the hotel, being used by staff most of the time making guests wait long time for the lift to arrive. No clear markings of floor numbers in the staircase. Nice breakfast with a relatively wide choice, but not worth the money being charged. There was a toaster available but no bread that could be toasted. The breakfast info in hotel folder a bit deceiving as not all options available- no pancakes or sweet buns on the day we had breakfast. Overall- even though the location of the hotel is very good, for our next trip we'd probably spend a bit more to, hopefully, find somewhere cleaner and more comfortable.

Nice enought, great for the price. The wifi barely worked and it wasn't the most fashinable place, but it was clean, comfortable, cheap and close to the railway station and the church.

There was an overpowering old cigarette smoke stinch. Dirty carpets. They use some cheap masking chemical to hide odours. Also a very noisy location...

For the price we paid you can't complain about the facilities. Staff were helpful and hotel is centrally located. Don't expect any thrills at this hotel as you are not paying for them. What you get is warm, clean hotel room in a central location

Decent place to spend few days.
Stay was ok par few things such as rooms air conditioning was not functioning and didnt change after reporting it to staff. Plus wifi being unreliable at best.

Nice hotel close to the city centre
Nice comfortable hotel , lovely clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't eat dinner at hotel but had breakfast which was excellent. Hotel was in an excellent position close to city centre and the river. Over all we had a lovely stay.

Very good choice for short stay in Szczecin
This place is located close to all the main tourist attractions in Szczecin - parks, old town, restaurants. You can see all the main places in the city by walking. Rooms are very clean, although some amenities should be better maintained (for example heating thermostats are not working in many rooms). Hotel serves breakfast, although we preferred to eat in the restaurants close by, so I cannot review its quality.

An excellent hotel experience in Stettin
Never having been in Poland before, I did not know what to expect of a hotel but my stay exceeded all my expectations. The staff at the reception desk were invariably knowledgeable, helpful and courteous and very personally pleasant. The room was terrific, with both AC and wifi. The location could not have been better and the staff gave me good ideas about sight-seeing. I shall always remember my experience with warmth and pleasure.

Good Location
The Hotel was ideally situated but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Once you had a shower you needed wellingtons to enter or leave the bathroom. We did point this out to the housekeeping staff and to the Hotel Manager. The Manager said she would e mail me a discount voucher for an upgraded room when we next return to Poland later on in the year. As of yet we have not received anything from her.
