### 'Paraside' Seaside Villa in Delfini says Netflix

The famous Gods Little People Cat Sanctuary (roaming in the lower gardens but dont be surprised if they visit you) provides a unique experience for peaceful, cat loving environmentally friendly guests...stay in your own private high quality 3 bedroom villa on our exclusive estate in the nature preserved bay of Delfini, Syros - just 250 meters from this pristine beach. Neflix, Cnn BBC all called this a paradise location..  
  
Located on spectacular land overlooking the beautiful beach of Delfini with breathtaking views of the islands beyond, our quality villas have balcones and private patios/gardens overlooking the Aegean and the pristine Delfini beach below (just walk through our own olive grove and garden gate along the path and you're on the beach).   
  
Our villas are set in more than an acre of organic gardens with their own olive grove, ecological vegetable gardens with figs, oranges and lemon trees (our Greek gardener will ensure you are provided with healthy produce each week), blazes of bougainvillea and passionflower tumbling down the house exteriors. You can walk in one direction into the hills and nature reserve areas of Northern Syros with more spectacular and semi-isolated beaches, and in the other direction through the valley (or along the cliffs) to the buzzing village of Kini around 1km away with its rich choice of restaurants along the sea front and its charming side streets with a mini-market and bakery.  
  
The villa is set in its own private gardens and has everything you need to enjoy day to day living. With Cycladic/Scandinavian styled furnishings, stunning sunsets, clean turquoise waters, and delicious Greek food in the local taverna, you will be immersed in a setting of calm and experience an atmosphere of sanctuary from the world.   
  
This is a place for people who love nature and cats, with the lower gardens being home to the internationally famous Gods Little People cat sanctuary.  
  
Delfini is only 12 kilometers from the main town of Hermoupoulis which is colourful and historically rich.
