The entrance to the facility is stair-free and barrier-free. Air conditioning, independent entrance, mosquito nets and railings on the windows, armored doors, new windows. No further Guests in the villa. Pets are not permitted. No breakfast included. The Tourist Tax should be paid by cash upon your arrival in Fontane Bianche. Both Andrea, the owner and Angela, the local manager, were excellent with communicating about the property and arranging for our arrival and departure. They are very welcoming, generous and jolly.The house itself is extremely spacious. We had sole use of the property with access to all the rooms downstairs plus one bedroom and one bathroom upstairs. The rooms and beds were large and comfortable and the showers good. The outside is equally spacious with a well tended garden and patio areas in the sun and the shade offering ample space for meals and relaxing. The shower in the garden was fabulous and allowed us to wash off sand before entering the house. A godsend. There is ample parking for 3, or even more, cars.What sets this property apart is the direct access to the beach. It made the holiday. The property was well maintained and had a brilliant location right on the beach, which was a real plus. The holiday home was equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable. The beach was absolutely amazing! Beach beds were available at the house and in the garden we had an outdoor shower so that we could rinse off after every refreshing dip in the sea. The bedrooms were furnished in an authentic Italian way and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary utensils and the Wifi functioned properly. It was a real pleasure to relax there and enjoy the sun and the sea. Moreover, the holiday home was easily accessible, with a little cafe just 20 meters away, a bakery around the corner and even a beach bar where we could enjoy cocktails and drinks. Also the communication with the owner Andrea was very smooth. He was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Similarly, the contact with Angela, the hostess, was fast and accurate. Overall, this stay was a place I would love to return to. The combination of the beautiful holiday home, the beautiful garden, the great location right on the beach and the friendly owner and help from Angela made it an unforgettable experience. Ein wunderschöner, gepflegter Garten, eine grosse Terrasse, wo wir die Sonne und die Aussicht genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gross, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgerüstet und wir haben meistens selber gekocht, die Mahlzeiten draussen an den grossen Tischen gegessen. Der direkte, abschliessbare Meerzugang ist ein Traum, die Dusche im Garten super um den Sand abzuduschen. Gleich oberhalb an der Strasse kann man Glace kaufen, ein kleiner Supermark in Gehdistanz bietet das Nötigste. Sonst ist man mit dem Auto, das man auf dem grossen Grundstück gedeckt parkieren kann, schnell in den Nachbardörfern. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und man kann das Auto auf dem Grundstück parken. Wasser, Wein und ein süßes Frühstück ist schon bei Ankunft vorhanden.In ca. 5 Min. Fußweg befinden sich ein Mini-Markt für den Einkauf, gleich daneben das Cafe Vela, ein Bäcker (Bar Tortuga-dort ginbt es auch Pizza, herzhaft gefüllten Blätterteig etc.), ein Eisladen (dort gibt es außer Eis auch Cannoli!).Im Sommer gibt es auch ein Restaurant/Pizzeria in der Nähe. We stayed one week with our three kids (1.5/3/4.5 years old) and my mother. The house is huge and very clean and has everything you need for a relaxed vacation. The garden is beautiful and perfect for the kids to run around. And there is always a nice breeze from the sea so that it doesnt get too hot. The beach is really right in front of the house. You can go for a short swim or stay as long as the kids are having fun. An umbrella and even beach toys are provided. You can either cook by yourself in the very nice kitchen which has every utensil you need or you can go to one of the restaurants that are close by. Everything can be done by foot.
