Bad service complete lack of communication. They didn't not have our room ready. The room they initially gave us had a guest already in the room and then told us they only had smoking rooms available. When they finally found a room we asked for a late check out and they receptionist said of course what time, we said 1 and she said "no problem, I'll leave a note for them to see in the morning". Morning came and they started ringing the phone at 11 to say are we checking out. I told him our situation from last night and he said "oh well she didn't leave a note so there is nothing I can do, the best is 12:15". I don't see how someone runs a business around customer service and acts this way. Will not be going back to a quality inn after this experience.
