We enjoyer our stay and overall. However, we were inconvenienced by the need for a reservation time at the pool. We arrived at check in time but rooms were not available. We had a short wait. We had to wait for a pool time slot. That meant dinner was pushed back. By the time we went out to dinner we had a two hour wait at the restaurant. So just be aware, if you have kids that are looking forward to the pool they may not be able to swim. Also, the breakfast options are adequate, but not as tasty or fresh as a basic chain hotel.

We checked in over a busy weekend. The line at check in was long and rooms were not ready at 3pm. But it was the weekend of the eclipse. Our two rooms were ready by 5pm. We had one room at 3:30 and had a pool time for 4pm so it all worked out. Yes, this property requires your party to reserve a one hour pool time. That’s not always convenient. But it does keep the numbers down at the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is just okay. There are options. Cereal, pastries, and hot foods. But I’ve had much better at lesser hotels. This hotel is a nice pick because of the suite style rooms. If you don’t need the extra space and prefer better breakfast, this might not be the best choice.

The service was great!! Our room was clean and I liked the set up. I appreciated the complimentary drinks (2) and breakfast was ok. I didnt like having to make a reservation to go swimming. Li.ited food available and not much for food in the vicinity.

The hotel is lovely, spacious and clean. The breakfast was pretty good. I did not eat dinner at the hotel, so I cannot comment on the restaurant other than the breakfast.

There was dog hair and long black people hair all over comforter. Bathroom had hair in tub and all over floor. Breakfast was out of everything. They do not keep up with plates, toaster stuff or fruit.

Our last stay at the hotel was not as clean as the previous stay. There was a used sanitary napkin left in the bathroom and the breakfast area was not cleaned between uses. We had to clean it ourselves before we could eat. We were also staying on the 5th floor but we could smell the omelets by 5:30am in our rooms. Hopefully steps can be taken to keep the smells out of the rooms especially if they are as strong as they are to wake people up.

so the rooms are definitely in need of updates. especially the edges and floors. the beds wrre comfy to fleep on but the bed itself was thrown together. i couldn't say that it was even clean bedding. there was no fresh smell to anything. the lack of cleaning was a disappointment. we booked for Christmas eve and Christmas because it was a childhood thing my family has done for years and a tradition i wanted to give my children. but i can say that we were spoiled with the los angelas embassy and so id say not all embassy suites are the same. we paid almost 800 for the stay and were told no breakfast on Christmas the day of and given sacks with well see the pictures. the fllors to the rooms need a good cleaning as your feet will get black with dirtiness of the carpet. there is honestly no way id ever stay there again. i looked at the reviews from other people and wonder what standards they held the place to cause it honestly was nothing like the comments stated. maybe they just had the luck of staying in a newer suite. it wont let me add pictures bur in my google review there are the pictures .
