Mixed experience

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Noise level
The employees at the front desk were hospitable. The breakfast was good. The room was small and noisy. I could hear the TV from the next room all night long. This was totally my fault, but I left my whole bag of toiletries in the room. I was hoping the hotel would have contacted me to see how I could get it,.. but they did not. I am in the process of contacting them to figure out how to get it back as the toiletry bag has sentimental value.

Great location.

Pros: Good breakfast, comfortable room ,attentive staff.
Cons: More parking.
Location: Good access to highways, good restaurants in area.
Everything was great except for shortage of parking, even though it has added more spaces since our last stay. We will continue to stay here when we come to LA from Texas.

Great value

Pros: Spotless rooms. Excellent staff.
Cons: Parking
Location: Nearby shopping, restaurants
My family and I were in town for a wedding and stayed at this hotel. We were all pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds were also quite comfortable. However, I was most impressed by the staff. The front desk employees were friendly from the start, as well as the gentlemen working to put out the lovely complimentary breakfast. The bartender (Rolando) was also kind enough to stay open late and take care of the guests of the wedding who came back to the hotel. Bravo, Comfort Inn Syosset! You have a great staff- and that makes ALL the difference.

Nice clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Rooms were a little small but adequate for a short stay. Beds were comfortable. Overall a very good value.

Best stay ever

Pros: The whole experience.
Cons: Was perfect, no need to improve.
Location: Lovely location, plenty of restaurants near by. They have plenty of places that will deliver food if you cannot go out.
The employees and manager did so much to help me with my stay, I am handicap and can not use my legs, I am in a wheelchair. They helped with all my needs. Made me so comfortable and they are so caring of there customers. Great clean place, Will definitely be staying there again.

Hotel was a pleasant experience

The hotel had everything I needed. It was peaceful, the rooms were very clean, housekeeping kept the rooms clean daily and the free breakfast was great!!!!

A very pleasant overnight getaway

I was pleasantly surprised to get all that I paid for. The front desk agent that checked me in was pleasant, courteous and professional. I was happy from the time I arrived and didn't want to leave. One unsavory moment, at checkout, the front desk agent seemed rather disgruntled, sloppy snd unprofessional, a total opposite from my check in but the complimentary breakfast made me forget about her.
