He was quick to answer any questions we had. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Very clean and well kept property with all amenities that you would need. Nice back yard with Bbq and firepit. A block and Half to the beach and stores. Sleeps 8 very comfortably, comfortable beds, two full bathrooms. Got a little hot, but manageable with the fans that were provided. The only problems were; the upstairs bathroom door did not close properly (a few embarrassing moments), the windows could have used some black-out blinds and perhaps a few more portable fans, as it was very hot in the bedrooms. Overall, our stay with adults and children was pleasant. An easy walk to the beach and amenities was appreciated. ##### Denis B. We found the house very functional for our needs of 5 people. The kitchen, dining area and lounge big enough for our needs. There are spacious bathrooms on both floors with bath/showers.
