The accommodation hotel said he blocked Expedia from selling the room with the non-pitched roof picture. Who is lying here, we don’t know but we strongly feel we have been cheated here. The accommodation not only does not have elevator, the staircase is narrow and steep which made it difficult and kind of dangerous bringing luggage down the staircase. No desk, could not do any work. Expedia advertised breakfast “buffet”, what was available was just an extremely simple small packages in the refrigerator, another misrepresentation. We expect Expedia to provide at least a partial refund for not only misrepresentation but inconvenience caused. Not a good stay."
