Modern apartment house - 9 units; quiet location (dead end), both center and beach can be reached in about 5 minutes. A garden area behind the house with separate seating / beach chairs and pond invites you to linger. In the basement there is a sauna (for a fee) with a relaxation area, shower and sitting area. Parking space directly in front of the house. Living room with sofa bed (separate mattress and slatted frame) for 3rd / 4th Person, flat-screen TV and south-facing balcony. Open modern SFBC with dishwasher and dining area for 4 people. Bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, flat screen TV and east balcony. Bathroom with shower and toilet, granite floor. Real wood floors in the bedroom, living / dining area and hallway. There is also a Miele washing machine and dryer in the basement (for a fee)

#### Top Lage, Zentral, aber ruhig
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, kurze Wege zum Strand, trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen super, bei 3 Personen sollte die Person auf der Schlafcouch wirklich leicht sein. Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung nicht ausgelegt, kein Platz. Die Sauna im Keller ist gut und man kann sich für sich ausschließlich verwenden. Die Fernseher sind veraltet, aber wer möchte schon dann fernsehen, wenn man auf Sylt ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, ehrlich und wirklich gut in der Kommunikation! Die Verwaltungsgesellschaft hat uns super betreut. FAZIT: 2 Personen ein Top-Aufenthalt in guter Lage!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Lage war ideal, und die Ausstattung entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Wir waren für 5 Tage vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, alles was benötigt wird findet man vor Ort. Das Haus war voll besetzt, aber nicht hellhörig. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. #### Tolle Insel mit passender Unterkunft
Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Zentral gelegen, waren von der Fahrradvermietung bis zum Bäcker alles nahe und gut erreichbar. In der Wohnung lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten, wenn mal das Wetter so ist, dass man nicht vor die Tür möchte.

Alles war super, nur die Schlüsselübergabe außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten hat wegen einer fehlenden Buchungsnummer nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten alles perfekt. Immer wieder

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen,besonders die Sandkuhle mit dem Strandkorb war für mich ein besonderer Ort zum Wohlfühlen.Vielen Dank Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ,hat zwei Balkone Nur das etwas zu kleingeratene Ehebett war ein Problem für mich ,aber ich konnte ja auf das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ausweichen

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt Es ist alles da. Parkplatz vorhanden. In 10 Minuten ist man fussläufig im Zentrum. Wir kommen jetzt sehr gerne wieder. Probleme hatten wir nur mit dem CheckIn und CheckOut. Angekommen am Feiertag und auf einem Sonntag abgereist. Beide Male war die Agentur geschlossen. Der Code für den Schlüsseltresor wurde uns nicht übermittelt. Nur durch Zufall entdeckten wir eine Notfallnummer auf einem Monitor im Eingangsbereich. So sind wir dann letztendlich auch an den Schlüssel gekommen.

Liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in der Küche alles notwendige vorhanden. Ca. 13 Minuten zu Fuß in die Friedrichstra ße war absolut okay. Hauptstraße nicht störend, da Haus in der Sackgasse steht. Ruhiges, nicht hellhöriges Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühl.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne, erholsame Tage in dieser gemütlichen und erstklassig sauberen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet, alles Nötige war vorhanden. Besonders zu erwähnen das erstklassige Bett für erholsamen Schlaf. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter hätte nicht besser und freundlicher sein können! Wir sind rundum zufriedene Mieter!

#### Rundum zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche auf Sylt verbracht. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet (ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, hochwertige Gläser). Die Lage ist optimal: ruhig und trotzdem nah zum Strand und in die Stadt. Die Sauna, ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt bei schlechtem Wetter. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Seißer war sehr angenehm. Er rief direkt nach der Buchung an und hat alle Fragen geklärt. Den Vertrag mit weiteren Informationen und frankierten Rückumschlag (!) hat er uns kurzfristig zugeschickt. Die Schlüsselübergabe in der Agentur verlief schnell und reibungslos. Beim nächsten Sylt Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder.
