All you want in Sydney

Pros: Position, staff, food, pool, window can be opened and no compulsory air condition.
Cons: An open jug with filtered water would be nice.
Location: I walked nearly everywhere I wanted to go. Taxi rank next door and close to public transport.
Great location! Close to everything. Welcoming, helpful staff. Very efficient and friendly check in. Beautiful comfortable room with good lighting. Windows can be opened and air condition can be turned off! I love this! Swimming pool, small sauna, small gym are well maintained. Room service is excellent. The concierges are all extraordinary kind and helpful. Food is very good. Nice convenience store in the hotel with normal pricing. Great breakfast and coffee! Great waiters! Good music Friday night. Helpful efficient check out and luggage storage until my flight. Love it!

One night in the city

Pros: Everything - no complaints - all great.
Cons: From our experience nothing - all was great for us.
Location: Central to everything and across the road from Wynyard station - so easy to get to other places.
We only stayed for one night, myself and my teenage daughter. We ate in the downstairs restaurant which was very reasonable and food was great. My daughter had suffered an injury at State Age netball earlier in the weekend, we were accommodated with ice for her ankle and she was given some slippers to wear. Staff were great. The beds were comfortable and it was really quiet. Great sleep. Breakfast was also wonderful.

Great hotel for people with little bubs :)

I was so impressed with the service I received. I have a ten month old and this was my first solo trip with her. The cot all made up was brought straight to my room when I checked in. I was given the room away from the elevators and next to the fire escape (to minimise wake ups and disturbing other guests) and on the same floor as my friends, and these requests were granted! That never happens! The hotel leant me their pram for the duration of my stay which made things so much easier. Breakfast was included and it was awesome, and when my little one decided the dining room wasn't for her and the tanty was embarrassing me and other guests, the staff there let me fill my plate and brang it straight up to my room for me, where I could relax and feed her and me without worrying about other people. Bath was non slip for baby, location was absolutely perfect, beds comfy, room exactly what we needed. Enjoyed happy hour (sans baby) on the Friday night downstairs and checkout was simple too. Loved my stay!

Great location, close to transport, centre of city

Pros: Staff were very helpful & attentive, location is great.
Cons: Carpet in our room was a little worn.
The location of the hotel is great for all public transport. It has plenty of eating venues, as well as lots in the area. Great place to stay.

Reasonable hotel

Great staff. I was given a free upgrade to a room higher up with a window which was very much appreciated. The lower rooms look out onto a brick wall. Not very good for the price of the room. Older style was nice altho dated. Very clean. Negatives: not enough seating at happy hour in the bar so be in early or dont bother. Cold shower and i mean cold. No hot water at all by 8am. Unpleasant way to start the day in winter. Hairdryer shorted out halfway through drying my hair. Also on a winter day. So overall...hotel was okay but not great. Staff were absolutely fantastic tho :-)

Very good Location just opposite Wynyark Station and just take 10 mins walk to Circular Quay, and the staff are very nice and helpful ! Excellent !!!

Convenient and value for money

Centrally located and great value. Is a bit tired looking compared to other hotels in the area but it is comfortable and fine if your in Sydney for a short stay. Friendly staff .
