Ideal for large or multiple families and groups, this 2-level terrace features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple living areas. Every piece of furniture has been thoughtfully selected to ensure the highest levels of comfort and convenience, while also enhancing the house's charming character. Main features: \- Air Condition \- Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV \- Master bedroom with large closet \- bed linens and towels \- Fully equipped kitchen with the Gas cook, Oven, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Pots, Plates, Cups, Cutlery etc. \- Internal laundry with Dryer \- Hairdryers, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash. \- one bedroom, one full bathroom downstairs, and three bedrooms, the other full bathroom with tub upstairs. \- 2 queen beds, 3 single beds, 3 sofa beds in total, maximum 10 guests Other things to note \*\*Please note that this property does not include an indoor parking space. No excessive music or loud noise between 10PM to 8 AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. Most of our neighbours live here full time. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount and be liable for any additional call out fees due to complaints. 4\. We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries. 5\. We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests. 6\. Please respect our check-out policy. Departing after the designated check-out time of 10:00 AM incurs a $150 fee. This fee not only covers the additional resources required to accommodate late departures but also helps us maintain our commitment to punctuality and respect for all guests. You will be liable for any associated costs and additional fees incurred from damages, relating to our loss of a subsequent guest reservation or booking alternative accommodations for any part of the time you overstayed.
