Our check in experience was TERRIBLE! When we checked in, I originally had booked And paid for three people however, one couldn’t arrive and so It was the two of us. The guy that checked us in decided on his own that he would downgrade our room because there was now two of us to a room with two single beds instead of one with a double and two singles... I asked for the original room that I paid for because I would like to sleep on the double bed that as I have back issues than he told me the room wasn’t available then he asked us to sit down and wait while he answered a phone call... rude! He then told us that will give us a room for now and when the room becomes available he will move our things... obviously as we had no other choice we went into this temporary room. The room has one double bed and was tiny! Both my sister and I planned to rest before going out but that wasn’t possible with the arrangement and when it was time to get ready the lights continued to get cut off and they would go out. I called and asked to be moved and to another room but we needed to leave 5 minutes later anyway. When we got back our new room was ready and it was good because it was two doubles. Upon check out I asked for the asking to be waived for the inconvenience of everything during check in and apparently it couldn’t be done. Absolutely ridiculous!
