Gorgeous new designer beach home walking distance to beaches and cafes

This is a gorgeous, new, designer home in Bronte perfect for families and business travellers alike. It's on a quiet street and is a quick walk to both Clovelly and Bronte beach and a 10 minute drive to Bondi. If it's good cafe's you crave we are a 5 minute walk to Iggy's bakery (best croissants and bread in Sydney!), and some of the best coffee, juice, and cafes in Sydney (as well as a 'not so glamorous but very handy' Woolworths!) Or sit on the deck and enjoy the new BBQ, a fire pit or the outdoor hot shower.

This designer house has three to four big bedrooms with integrated wardrobes and filled with light. The fourth bedroom has a double sofa bed with a projector screen so you can feel like you are at the movies while in bed!

The living room has huge bifold steel doors that can open up to the large deck, garden and Sandstone paved area.

We also have a media room with an inbuilt projector that drops out of the ceiling at the drop of a button so you can watch proper movies on our Apple TV account.
