You can enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 big bedrooms with closet, 3rd bedroom is a small study room doesn't have a window, has a sliding door and full aircon, 2 bathrooms and living room with open plan kitchen. Main features: \- Air Condition in the entire apartment \- Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV \- Master bedroom with large closet and private en-suite \- bed linens and towels \- Fully equipped kitchen with the Gas cook, Oven, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Pots, Plates, Cups, Cutlery etc. \- Internal laundry with Dryer \- Hairdryers, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash. \- 3rd bedroom is a study room that doesn't have windows, have single bed and sliding door (fully air-condition) \- 1 queen bed, 3 single beds, 3 sofa beds in total, maximum 8 guests Just bring yourself and enjoy! Parking: Indoor parking is available in the same building for $30 per day. Spaces are limited, so please check availability. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s also complies with our house rules 3\. Please minimise noise between 9 PM to 8 AM. No excessive music or loud noise between 10PM to 8 AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. Most of our neighbours live here full time. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount and be liable for any additional call out fees due to complaints. 4\. We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries. 5\. We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests. 6\. Please respect our check-out policy. Departing after the designated check-out time of 10:00 AM incurs a $150 fee. This fee not only covers the additional resources required to accommodate late departures but also helps us maintain our commitment to punctuality and respect for all guests. You will be liable for any associated costs and additional fees incurred from damages, relating to our loss of a subsequent guest reservation or booking alternative accommodations for any part of the time you overstayed.
