Four Bedroom, four bathroom contemporary and luxurious Balmoral beach house with stylish interiors and parking for both executives and families on vacation.

Balmoral is the perfect place for the family to spend the day, the water is clear and still, the cafes are buzzing and the fish and chip shop is unmissable. If you are looking for Sydney Beach lifestyle it simply doesn't get better than this. Only a few minutes up the road is Mosman Village, the perfect place to pick up supplies and have brunch. Access to the CBD is easy with a bus running directly from the beach or from Spit Junction. You won't run out of activities to do with Sydney Harbour National Park also on the doorstep and the Balmoral Oval nearby. Irrespective if you are visiting the area for a holiday or if you are relocating to Sydney this property will provide a lovely and luxurious experience within a coveted and family friendly neighbourhood.
