Stayed here 1 night after a work event.
We were upgraded to a higher floor and the room was spacious and clean.
The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet.
The only issue was the work going on out front which meant the driveway was closed meaning I had to get out of the car in the rain.
"Convenient to downtown activities, lovely hotel. "
The staff was super friendly and although my room wasn't ready when I arrived from overseas at 0900, they were very apologetic about it. Concierge met my shuttle out front and provided a friendly welcome. Very helpful staff and always said hello as you went by. The hotel is located in a very central to everything location, although not really right on top of anything except the QVB. Mostly walking distance to key sights, and 2 blocks or so from Starbucks. Breakfast prices were a bit steep, but everything in Sydney is pricey. No real views from the hotel, I don't think.
"very close to everything you like visit and need. "
My experience which I stood at hotel for 10 days, by far met my expectations, the hotel is so close to all wonderful places to tour. Restaurants, cafe shops, ATM every corner and all the great shopping stores. The indoor pool is very unique and good to take a swim at night.
When you arrive you have to take s lift yo the first floor where reception is. The staff were friendly. Room was smaller than I expected but newly renovated and clean. Decor is an Asian flavour which was a little bland for a modern refurbishment but a minor comment. Location is fantastic so recommend highly.
Excellent location for our short trip. Close to key sites, waterfront, shopping and great restaurants. Hotel is a little quirky, which makes a change from the sterile feel of the larger chains. Reception staff were efficient - minimal waiting - before we knew it we were in our room closely followed by our luggage. Good bathroom facilities. Clean room. Only negative was one of the double shower roses didn't work very well. Breakfast - good selection and reasonably quick service. Location is the key to the hotel - it is in cbd in the thick of the tourist zone, which was ideal since we were tourists!
"Great location and very comfortable accommodation"
The Suites are within reasonable walking distance from a lot of the major sights and venues of Sydney but there are plenty of public transport options to take if wanted. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The WiFi supported our various devices well and the storage easily consumed our clothing and shopping. The only minor point of discomfort was the lounge seating which we found was not really suited to sitting on for any length of time.

Nice feel when walking in through Foyer. Biggest let down was just the Bathroom feeling very old, and grubby....even if it was clean it unfortunately just didn't feel it, due to the old "yuckiness". Everything else was great. Great staff. Would stay again if I was able to get a room for a reduced price again.
Built on an iconic harbour and bordered by the expansive Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain parkland on the east, the city centre offers shopping experiences from the sophisticated to the bargain basement, with restaurants and cafés to match. Backpackers, international visitors, and the local business crowd all rub shoulders here.
